Built and lead a team of designers and artists to shape the user experience (UX) of Axon's immersive experiences. Focusing on transforming the future of training for public safety by building VR trainings that focus on de-escalation, and empathy.


Sr. UX Lead - Mixed Reality | AR/VR – Microsoft, REDMOND, WA | 7/2017 – 10/2022

A Lead UX Designer for Microsoft's Mixed Reality at Work studio. Worked on D365 Layout, a mixed reality app for HoloLens and VR headsets. Responsible for the UX strategy of this tool and worked in close collaboration with user research, engineering, artists and product managers to build a user centered design product, focusing on space planning for enterprise customers. Currently working on a new project in the studio, exploring how MR can improve business.

SR. UX DESIGNER – MOZ, SEATTLE WA | 12/2014 – 8/2016

UX Manager for the core product, Moz Pro. Owned the entire UX strategy, from discovery research, collaboration with internal stakeholders, to designing high-level user flows and wireframes. Paired very closely with my awesome development team and lead two other great UX Designers in an agile setting, giving them mentorship, guidance, and direction in their work.

Designed User Flows, Wireframes, UI elements and visual design for Expedia.com website. Responsible as UX Lead for the Expedia Rewards program, was a liaison between design and the business, and as an advocate for user-centered design.

Responsible for the Art Department of web design firm, managed small staff of graphic and web designers. Designed, built and maintained websites and SEO. Designed and managed company’s branding and marketing materials.

  • Completely redesigned and updated the look of Electricstores.com own corporate identity/brand, recreated the company website, and marketing materials
